Males are Blue-Green with red on their anal fins and dorsal fin. Young males show the blue-green on their heads at first. The body color improves with age. Some also show red on the tail. The photo is from a male I sold some time back that was in full color. These fish are slow to color, often not reaching full color until 4.5 to 5".
These fish are sometimes available on my special order lists.
